The sales staff is fantastic & provide an excellent hospitality experience start to finish & even post sale. The service Dept on the other hand is something that even interfacing with them gives me anx hospitality experience start to finish & even post sale. The service Dept on the other hand is something that even interfacing with them gives me anxiety. Between the lack of kindness from almost every staff member consistently in every interaction, & the lack of knowledge it all leads to a really unpleasant experience. I finally reached a point where I expressed these frustrations to the service manager Eric & rather than provide any help, mitigation, or even basic empathy he instead is trying to have me banned from having a relatively new vehicle I purchased from Secor serviced at all. When questioned why he cites the fact I used a swear word in frustration that was not directed at anyone. After being talked into purchasing an extended warranty at the initial sale of the vehicle it feels like borderline extortion. Even the owner Charlie when approached wasn't able to get his service manager to simply sit down and discuss it like adults. Truly disappointed after purchasing 2 vehicles from Secor in the past year. More
