Thank you for your comments. We understand how frustrating an intermittent condition, on an older car, can be especially when other shops are involved. The work we performed was based on previous repairs and next possible steps. On your last visit we had multiple drivers road test the vehicle and could not duplicate the condition. We have left the door open for additional inspections if the condition can be duplicated. I have only myself to blame I suppose for having faith in humanity. After going to several local independent shops and spending thousands with the assurance that it was fixed, and it wasn’t, I decided that the best (albeit expensive) most experienced, people for the job might be the people who made the car. I was wrong. Like everywhere else, I got a big bill, parts replaced and the issue unresolved.
