To make happy as a customer they had one thing to give me which was cross bars for a roof rack. I didn’t beat them up on the price or warranty or my trade in. Nothing I didn’t play them against another deale which was cross bars for a roof rack. I didn’t beat them up on the price or warranty or my trade in. Nothing I didn’t play them against another dealership. I asked them to throw in a set of cross bars and 3 oil changes in which the only thing they threw in was one oil change. I’m not sure if something happened after Covid, meaning you can’t ask for anything anymore cause I got a ton of free stuff the last time buying a car. This time I feel like I didn’t make out all. I do love my car. But I feel like the only reason they didn’t give me a set of cross bars is greed. They gave me the option of buying at cost but then I saw them being sold at Riley Volvo for cheaper than there supposed cost for $264 and they quoted me at $360 or something. Anyway this why I would never recommend them. More
