Service was ok. It took longer than expected. Loaner car with Enterprise: I thought it would be no cost to me. Enterprise asked me if I wanted them to take care of the insurance. I said yes, but Loaner car with Enterprise: I thought it would be no cost to me. Enterprise asked me if I wanted them to take care of the insurance. I said yes, but I didn't realize the insurance would cost me $212. You need to tell your customers not to take their insurance. It costs twice as much as the rental!!! More

Courteous, helpful and knowledgeable Charlie Secor was the first “saleman” I met while picking up my 2007 SAAB after it was serviced. I knew I needed to buy a new car, what I needed in a Charlie Secor was the first “saleman” I met while picking up my 2007 SAAB after it was serviced. I knew I needed to buy a new car, what I needed in a car and how much I wanted to pay. Charlie suggested I look at the Volvo V60. There were 5 previously owned V60s for me to try driving. They met all of my requirements, so I decided on one and picked it up two days later. Steve Ploma gave me an hour long tutorial on all of the amazing electronic features on the car (most of which I forgot as I drove away - but there is an instruction book to read for review!). Anthony helped me sign my life away and was very thorough with the paperwork for out-of-state registration, etc. The Volvo team made this car purchase an easy, pleasant one and I look forward to their continued support should any problems arise or as service is needed. More
The best dealer experience ever! We brought the car there for a noisy AC compressor. Nick gave us an estimate and we made an appointment. While they were doing the job , the mechanic We brought the car there for a noisy AC compressor. Nick gave us an estimate and we made an appointment. While they were doing the job , the mechanic discovered that the timing belt was in bad shape. This would have ruined the engine if not discovered on time. Both jobs were completed right on schedule with no additional expenses.. very happy More

We were looking to buy new car and Volvo was at the top of our list, as soon as we arrived at Secor we were immediately greeted by Bob Doyle who then We were looking to buy new car and Volvo was at the top of our list, as soon as we arrived at Secor we were immediately greeted by Bob Doyle who then introduced us to Will Damberg. Everyone at Secor was very welcoming. Will then showed us the two cars we were interested in and took us for a test drive. Will took his time explaining all the features of the car and stopped at times to see if we had any questions. We also got a great price for our trade in. We had visited Volvo in Warwick a couple of days before and it was the opposite experience, we were basically ignored. We should've stopped at Secor from the beginning! Anyways we worked a great price for the 2018 XC60 Inscription and they honestly made buying a car a breeze!!!! Very Very happy with my new car and experience! Thank you Secor! More
