They then turn my car over to their competent service technicians, who perform the requested work to Volvo's high standards. They get the job done right the first time. My car is returned when promised, washed if the weather permits, and the interior has been vacuumed. The free ride home allows me to do what I need to do without worry while I wait for the completion call. More

The first one, a Toyota from another local dealership, was a bad experience, as I felt like I was financially taken advantage of and they lied about what was covered in my warranty to sell the car. This time around, the sales team really listened to my concerns and treated me with the upmost respect, and with complete transparency. I test drove a few different vehicles (all were pretty great actually), and I appreciated the time DeWayne and Richard took answering my questions. I never really considered buying a Mitsubishi before, but after talking to Richard, the sales manager, about what I need in a vehicle and my budget, he was able to get the perfect car for me. He truly listened and didn't try to up sell me into a vehicle that didn't fit my lifestyle, or was too much money. I paid exactly what I was quoted, and there was full transparency throughout the process. I can't say enough good things about this team. I got some modifications done to the car, and had it back the next day. It was a really quick process and I can't say enough about how nice everyone was there. If you're looking to buy a car, and you want to feel valued and listened to, I would go to Secor Mitsubishi any day. More

There was a fairly short wait at collision center, then when I went to get the key Mackenzie said she wasn't notified that my car was ready so needed time to program the key resulting in 35 minute wait. I had also hoped to set up On Call service (apparently the dealership now needs to be involved?) but the sales department was unexpectedly short-staffed and Steve couldn't manage it. I don't live close to Secor and hoped to avoid a separate trip but I do understand and sympathize with the situation. More
