They jointly decided on the Inscription version of the several S60 options. The test drive along with the demonstration of the high tech features was especially convincing.. Then, rather then pushing what was on the campus, they tracked down a Luminous Sand colored Inscription model with special interior features that I had selected. They found it in New Hamshire and brought it home without charge. .Then,to wrap it up, they turned me and my son over to Anthony, Financial Director to handle all the financial and Ct paperwork. He stayed with us until 8:30 pm since coming back next day would be a hardship for us. An exceptional experience! More

Never a pleasant experience. I do not know why buying a car has to be a stressful experience. Mr. Dockins did an amicable job in helping with the overall purchase. The stress comes with dealing with the Finance Manager. His delivery was cordial, friendly and complete. Due to the length and detail of the contract process, I felt I needed to have my guard up on every line I signed. With that said, I realized when I got home we paid an extra $499.00 for "documentation fee" and $199.00 for "vin etching" that I think are exorbitant and unnecessary, respectively. I should not have agreed to these charges. Above I checked that I would recommend your dealership, but I have to say, if I did, I would also recommend to the next buyer to remember.......
