Terrific customer service. We had a mechanical problem that was out of warranty, but Mitsubishi extended it due to the fact that it was a occurring in many of these models. The first one, a Toyota from another local dealership, was a bad experience, as I felt like I was financially taken advantage of and they lied about what was covered in my warranty to sell the car. This time around, the sales team really listened to my concerns and treated me with the upmost respect, and with complete transparency. I test drove a few different vehicles (all were pretty great actually), and I appreciated the time DeWayne and Richard took answering my questions. I never really considered buying a Mitsubishi before, but after talking to Richard, the sales manager, about what I need in a vehicle and my budget, he was able to get the perfect car for me. He truly listened and didn't try to up sell me into a vehicle that didn't fit my lifestyle, or was too much money. I paid exactly what I was quoted, and there was full transparency throughout the process. I can't say enough good things about this team. I got some modifications done to the car, and had it back the next day. It was a really quick process and I can't say enough about how nice everyone was there.
