Time for a battery replacement I made an appointment at Secor Volvo because I had seen a message on my dashboard that my car battery was low. I'd seen this message twice when I made I made an appointment at Secor Volvo because I had seen a message on my dashboard that my car battery was low. I'd seen this message twice when I made the appointment. I arrived at the service desk a little before my scheduled appointment. Mackenzie and Nick listened while I explained the problem. After a while, Nick came to the waiting area and told me that there was a bad cell in the battery. The original battery in the vehicle was close to six years old. The battery was replaced and I was on my way after paying for the service. The service advisors are always friendly and courteous which makes it a pleasure to get my car taken care of at Secor Volvo. Very pleased, as always. More
