Time for a battery replacement I made an appointment at Secor Volvo because I had seen a message on my dashboard that my car battery was low. I'd seen this message twice when I made the appointment. I arrived at the service desk a little before my scheduled appointment. Mackenzie and Nick listened while I explained the problem. After a while, Nick came to the waiting area and told me that there was a bad cell in the battery. The original battery in the vehicle was close to six years old. The battery was replaced and I was on my way after paying for the service. The service advisors are always friendly and courteous which makes it a pleasure to get my car taken care of at Secor Volvo. Very pleased, as always. More

Will was always quick to respond to my inquiries (even on his day off) and was extremely informative about the vehicle I was leasing. Delivery was relativelypainless. Paperwork was ready for signing when I arrived and I was quickly on my way. Will followed up after a couple of days to see how I was liking my car and to ask if I had any questions. I generally find the process of buying a new car equivalent to dental work. Will, Bob and Anthony made it effortless. More

Over this time period, I was satisfied with those cars I had purchased and the quality and responsiveness of the service division. Recently, I was ignored for a month regarding a concern and then was given conflicting information and data from the service and sales departments concerning a purchase from one year ago and a subsequent issue which had arisen. Their offer to resolve the issue fell short of fairness and sadly, I find it necessary to leave a company which I had trusted for over two decades. More
