I brought my car in for a warranty covered ApplePlay software update. The letter from Volvo (re: the update) indicated that this update would take ~ 20 - 30 minutes. My appointment took 2 hours. When I first dropped off my car, I told the service rep that I would wait for my car and asked for an estimate for how long the service would take. The representative said he couldn't tell me. I waited 1 hour and then asked again, and received the same answer. I certainly understand that a car service center will be busy, but given Secor's focus on customer service I would expect a different level of attentiveness. Additionally, it was disappointing that no one tried to provide me with some guidance for how long the service would take when I asked twice. More

The most notable part of my entire experience was the test drive I took with Stephen P. He not only explained fully all aspects of the car but showed me the cars capabilities. Anthony was very knowledgeable about the Volvo product. He was patient with us and explained everything in detail, sometimes more than once because we struggled with the newer technology.
