She accommodated us with our 2 cars back to back so we could go together and didn’t have a long wait time. She told us about the coupons we were sent so we could save money! Everyone there was very friendly and greeted us! The donuts were delicious! Our cars speeds up faster and stops more efficiently now! It’s like brand new again! Julie was very informative and showed us why our car might have been slowing down with the dirty car parts. It was very interesting and we are very happy we got to see and now we can tell others to get the winter service special too so their cars will run better like ours does too! It made our day to find our cars vacuumed and washed too!! Thanks so much for another fabulous experience! More

Great service! Service was great,My check engine light was on so I brought it in. The part that needed to be replaced was under warranty so it was no charge. Emergency repair was done in a timely manner. Secor Service - Not what it used to be. We brought our XC60 in for the 50,000 service. We had a few issues we wanted checked out as well. Service technician brushed off our concern about a c We brought our XC60 in for the 50,000 service. We had a few issues we wanted checked out as well. Service technician brushed off our concern about a clicking noise in the engine saying "yeah, they do that. It's normal". We didn't have the noise when we bought the car with 30,000 miles on it. The noise only started recently. It doesn't seem normal but I guess we will see. We were way over charged for the oil for our oil change. Thank goodness my husband noticed the charges before he left the garage. I was also disappointed that my car wasn't vacuumed or washed off after the service. In the past the car was always spotless when we picked it up. just not a good feeling. We will probably look elsewhere for our next service. One positive note: while waiting my husband spoke to a salesperson who was knowledgeable and pleasant. More
