lack of major communication i tried to make a repair to my wife's Volvo s60 for a Xmas present. the main thing i needed done was the front phone charger port was broken. i talked i tried to make a repair to my wife's Volvo s60 for a Xmas present. the main thing i needed done was the front phone charger port was broken. i talked to a service rep in person and i was told to request a service day for the following week so if they didn't have the part, they could order it. so the next day i called and found the the perfect day to bring her car in without her knowing.which was 10 DAYS LATER. i told in person and on the phone that the port was BROKEN,AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED, the service person understood and ORDERED THE PART. when i dropped off the part the day before the service. he had no idea why the car was there and said everything would be fixed, not to worry. so after 3 hours of them taking apart the dash the see if they could fix it. they called and told me it was BROKE!! and of course they didnt have the part. so now that nothing was done and they charged me for the brake down to tell me (130 a hour) i had to pick it back up with my wife and her xmas present was not fixed. really sad to try to get something done with 10 days to order a $15 part. secor volvo couldnt get it done. i told them to order part and call me when its in but nothing yet. and now il have to pay double the labour cost to do the job?? what a disaster. i picked secor volvo to do the job becouse there know volvo's and would get the job done quickly. More
