Emergency repair was done in a timely manner. Before I even left the dealership with my other car the XC-70 was inside the shop and being looked at by the repair technicians. Very timely since the water pump pulley had ceased up and there was smoke coming out of the engine. More

Secor Service - Not what it used to be. We brought our XC60 in for the 50,000 service. We had a few issues we wanted checked out as well. Service technician brushed off our concern about a c We brought our XC60 in for the 50,000 service. We had a few issues we wanted checked out as well. Service technician brushed off our concern about a clicking noise in the engine saying "yeah, they do that. It's normal". We didn't have the noise when we bought the car with 30,000 miles on it. The noise only started recently. It doesn't seem normal but I guess we will see. We were way over charged for the oil for our oil change. Thank goodness my husband noticed the charges before he left the garage. I was also disappointed that my car wasn't vacuumed or washed off after the service. In the past the car was always spotless when we picked it up. just not a good feeling. We will probably look elsewhere for our next service. One positive note: while waiting my husband spoke to a salesperson who was knowledgeable and pleasant. More
