Very friendly and efficient I had an appointment for a key replacement in my Volvo. I was told it would take approximately one hour. Fabulous, thorough and professional! We were out of state 1400 miles away when we started having the transmission problem. So much easier dealing with these guys than what I'd gotten used to. Easy to make the appointment, understood the problem, called promptly with the solution and had it ready earlier than I expected. Also- I needed a loaner, and Nick actually took me out to orient me on the tech features of this spiffy new model, rather than just tossing me the keys and telling me where to find it. Good job. More
