Very friendly and efficient I had an appointment for a key replacement in my Volvo. I was told it would take approximately one hour. When I arrived in the morning the key was ready to be programmed and I was advised that Volvo was replacing my spark plugs at no cost. My car was finished and washed within 45 minutes of my arrival. Fabulous, thorough and professional! We were out of state 1400 miles away when we started having the transmission problem. The Volvo dealership there had our car for 3 days and didn’t fix We were out of state 1400 miles away when we started having the transmission problem. The Volvo dealership there had our car for 3 days and didn’t fix it although it was a great dealership and the people nice to work with. When we got home, we brought it to Secor for the same issue and they found it within 24 hours. More

So much easier dealing with these guys than what I'd gotten used to. Easy to make the appointment, understood the problem, called promptly with the solution and had it ready earlier than I expected. Also- I needed a loaner, and Nick actually took me out to orient me on the tech features of this spiffy new model, rather than just tossing me the keys and telling me where to find it. Good job. More
