She and I spoke about some hefty vet bills I was just informed of for my 12 year old dachshund, and that I was hoping the quote for service wasn't going to be too bad...the quote came back very high and would have broken my bank. She and her boss wrote to Subaru Good Will and my service work, due to low miles on a four year old car was completely covered. She is a new employee and a keeper! And....I like to think that Subaru Loves Pets! They all really helped me out of a jam. More

I made the mistake twice of trusting a 1.5 hour estimate and waiting 2.5 hours with no update, thus missing another appointment I had made. Life would have been easier of I had been told up to 3 hours in the first place. More

Angel was great to work with throughout the process. He took his time, answered my questions thoughtfully, listened to my needs and ultimately earned my trust and business. I shopped around at different Subaru dealerships and ended up back at Secor. I highly recommend this dealership and the Crosstrek! More
Very positive I had had several issues with Secor Subaru Service in the past, and had not been in for 2 years. I had an issue with the sunroof of my Forester this w I had had several issues with Secor Subaru Service in the past, and had not been in for 2 years. I had an issue with the sunroof of my Forester this week, and as I live a half mile from their location, I reluctantly decided to go there. I'm happy to report the issue was repaired quickly, and to my satisfaction. Ricky, the mechanic, explained the mechanics of the sunroof problem to me, and repaired it quickly. Jay Fulton checked me in and out efficently, and was very professional. I recommend this shop, and will return for future service as needed. More

Also to be charged 20 minutes for a mechanic to listen to a noise on a car that’s 6 months old is not something i would expect, what i expected was for it to be looked at and fixed and NOT charged for something that is related to the build of the car and not my own doing. Good honest service but not organized in the office. Honest, professional quality work but the office seems to be understaffed or not organized. Was not like this in past visits. The check in process was a bit awkward since the lady at the counter could not find me in the system and then had to tell me she was punched out and late for an appointment so someone else needed to help me. I was then directed to my service advisor who completed the process. The car was in the shop for two days for an oil change, and some other minor repairs which was communicated clearly by my advisor. I paid for the work by card over the phone. Keys and paper work were supposed to be left in the car. Came to pick up the car. No keys no paperwork and a service interval sticker that was not for my car on the windshield. I have used this dealer for service in the past and it has been flawless. Not sure if they were overbooked or understaffed but the attention to detail was definitely not there this time. More
