Two and a half hours of wasted time I brought my car in for servicing at 9:28 am on October 11. I know that the service doesn't start when I bring it in from past experiences. However, I didn't intend to spend my entire morning there. At 12;05 pm, I was notified my car was ready. It looks like from the invoice that approximately 25 minutes was spent on my car. The service advisor stated that he lost track of my car. What happened to it? All I got was a mere apology. As far as I'm concerned, when I'm ready to purchase a new Subaru, it will not be from Secor. . More

35 years and counting I have been dealing with Secor since 1985 when they sold Saabs. When Saab was no more, much to my chagrin, I switched to Subaru in 2004. Since I alway I have been dealing with Secor since 1985 when they sold Saabs. When Saab was no more, much to my chagrin, I switched to Subaru in 2004. Since I always felt Secor treated me professionally and honestly I opted to stay with them. I have always been pleased with both their sales and service staff. The service man came right out as I drove up and went over again what I wanted done. After the service he gave me a printout of everything that had been checked and the results. I plan to continue with Secor. I should probably be on commission considering how many people I have referred to them through lo these many years. More
REALLY!!!! If it were possible to give negative stars I would. Secor had my vehicle for a month. Could not shift into 6th and 4th was rough. When I compared the parts I paid for to a repair that they did 15 months prior I found over $400 worth of parts that had already been replaced. When I brought this to their attention they said it was a "mistake:. Rebuilt my transmission to the tune of $2450 picked up the car and in less than 24 hours vehicle shifted worse than when I originally brought it in. Brought it back and then they replaced a shift cable (they picked up the cost for that) and now the vehicle works as it should. Rebuild the transmission and vehicle does not function properly; change shift cable and everything is fine., What should have been done first? It appears the Subaru transmissions fail at 104,00 miles. Nothing about that in their scheduled maintenance manual. Never communicated with me over the month. I had to call or visit the dealership to get updates. TJ Mallon was the only person who made any effort to communicate with me. Will never recommend or do business with Secor Subaru and/or Secor Auto Group ever again. More

Amanda, an service instructor, let me know the situation in a timely manner, but not too frequently! She offered several options to me fairly, and understood my busy schedule.
