I understand the bumper has been delivered back in late Feb. / early March.... I also understand the problem with covid-19 and the hold up of businesses being "shut down". What I don't understand is why Will / or the Sales Mgr can't return a call. I've tried (and left half a dozen messages over the last 2 weeks) to get the truck in for the repairs. Will told us back on the day we bought it that when the bumper came in, you would furnish a loaner while truck was in the body shop. It is now June 10th and bumper has been there for around 3 months..... Patience is starting to ware. Please respond More

Although I did purchase a warranty plan for the new car, I did not like the pressure I felt to purchase a warranty plan during the financial part of the purchase process with the finance manager. I was not totally sure what components, parts and systems were covered by the warranty plan and how viable the company was that stands behind the warranty plan. More
