My problem was not resolved in the service department. My 2020 Rav 4 has been in the shop twice now for the same reason. I had my fan worked on a few months ago and ever since the wind blows on the microphone. They wouldn’t fix it because it’s not covered by “warranty” but they are the ones that messes it up.
