Our time was excellent, but then we had to wait 3-4 hrs to sign the paperwork because there were 3 to 4 clients ahead of us and there was only one agent doing the paperwork. Don’t like being haunted about trading in my two/2 year old car. If I wanted to trade in a vehicle I would on my terms not the dealership. Yes there is with computer chips…not owners fault.
