I wanted to apologize to you for your experience at Alan Jay Toyota, Although there is no requirement for our team members to be vaccinated most of our employees at Toyota have been. We do indeed have a mask policy and I sincerely apologize that the team members you came in contact with were not wearing masks during your most recent visit. I do want to thank you for bringing this issue to my attention we will do a better job with our policy. I also wanted to recommend for your next oil change we can personally pick up your vehicle provide you a loaner vehicle at no cost to you. I will also include your scheduled service.
