As I was web searching for a used Jeep, they quickly identified my interest and began emailing me right away, inquiring about my preferences and providing a list of Jeep vehicles to consider. I actually identified my interest and began emailing me right away, inquiring about my preferences and providing a list of Jeep vehicles to consider. I actually fell in love with one of the first ones I saw and drove. I received 100% satisfaction in customer service from Adam, Katalyn, and Rich, who ensured the car was in perfect condition. I'm impressed with this service, and now I have a new Sahara Jeep! Thank you again! More
Service rep would not answer my simple question over the phone regarding power train warranty coverage for struts. She insisted that I bring it in. To Dealership was only supposed to have my car for 1 day and they kept it for a week to do system updates. The next day my car wouldn’t start at all. Took it over to O’Reilly and the battery was completely dead. It was corroded. When I asked why they didn’t check the battery, I was told they didn’t check battery for electrical codes which is weird because there would be no electrical without the battery. I spent two weeks calling and requesting to speak with the manager. Finally got through to him and he said he would give me a call back. Took another week before they gave me a refund for all but $20. Will never come back for service. More

I asked the service writer a number of questions regarding the service of the vehicle and felt her knowledge was less than adequate. Maybe she was having a bad morning, but she was not very nice w regarding the service of the vehicle and felt her knowledge was less than adequate. Maybe she was having a bad morning, but she was not very nice whatsoever. I will never bring my vehicle back to your dealership for any service whatsoever. I recommend anyone purchasing a vehicle from you or servicing their vehicle there. I also have issue with the hourly service rate of $250 for a certified mechanic is ridiculous. It should be adjusted downwards by at least $100 if not more. Jim Annicelli More
