Keeps my fleet on the road, not on a lift After suffering at other dealers in the area because they were closer and easier to get to, and them keeping our fleet vehicles parked in their lots o After suffering at other dealers in the area because they were closer and easier to get to, and them keeping our fleet vehicles parked in their lots or on a lift for multiple weeks, sometimes months, we finally bit the bullet and fought Seattle traffic to get our vehicles to this dealer. In a weeks time they have cycled through 4 of our vans while our old dealer is still sitting on two others, for over 3 weeks now, and I still have no idea when I will get them back. This is the only dealer than can seem to actually handle fleet vehicles. I am happily driving through traffic now because I know it’s still faster than the other dealers and my vans will be back out doing their jobs soon. They now have our complete business for our Ram vehicles. More

nice people Every time I come in and ask them to fix something, or change the oil the guy comes to me and tells me a story about needing something fixed. I have a friend who owned and auto repair shop for 39 years and retired 4 years ago I ask him about the stuff they want me to replace and after he looks at my Jeep tells me I don't need it done, he says they are trying to over/up sell me. sadly this happens every time I come. Excellent at every touch point. It is very hard to have an excellent experience at every touch point at a business. I had this kind of experience yesterday at Seattle Jeep. From the time I pulled in at 7:14 am and was greeted by two associates, to when I was picked up by the shuttle driver at my work (3PM), to the cashier who checked me out (4pm), I had an excellent experience. I came in for an oil change and was shopping for tire as well. I was presented with a great deal on tires (I was on my phone with the Andy my service adviser shopping best deals) as well as given the option of a shuttle ride to and from work so the tires could get installed same day (instead of Uber). I bought the tires and was taken to work in a new shuttle van, with a very nice young man driving. I had a follow up call with Andy at 11 that my Jeep was done and confirmed that I would be picked up at 3pm. The driver who picked me up was on time and a joy to speak with, he told me he loves his job and who he works for. When I arrived at the dealership my car was already pulled up front and my paperwork was ready. The cashier was very friendly and the vibe in the service lane was great. I left feeling great about my experience, the service I received and the value of my purchases. I would highly recommend Andy and this service department (use the free shuttle!). Leith More

Great service! I dropped my car on Monday for a diagnostic. My car was having issues starting (2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4). They called me on a Tuesday whe I dropped my car on Monday for a diagnostic. My car was having issues starting (2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4). They called me on a Tuesday when they finally figured it out, it wasn't easy since there were no error codes or engine lights on, turns out it was a faulty crankshaft position sensor and got it replaced. They kept the car an extra day to keep an eye on it and make sure everything else was good. Their service was very professional and friendly, Jim Chamlee was very courteous and happy to answer any questions I had, he also provided details to make sure I understood the situation. I only dealt with the service department but I was happy with my experience. More
