Took my Jeep Grand Wagoneer in to a different shop for repair work and after two times and multiple days left there they could not fix my issue with the lift-gate, but when I came to Seattle Jeep they wer repair work and after two times and multiple days left there they could not fix my issue with the lift-gate, but when I came to Seattle Jeep they were able to fix it without issue in one day. It works great now. On top of that, Kaylee was terrific at helping me and because of my sob story she personally made sure to test my lift-gate herself multiple times before calling me to pick it up. I took my 300 in for a problem with the car not communicating with either key fob. It turned out to be an expensive fix. They also found a problem with my transmission, also very expensive. I have an extended warranty and James Gill was able to get them to pay for all of it, nearly $4000! He also worked hard getting the parts needed from another dealership when he found out getting it from the warehouse was going to take three weeks! Thank you James! More

I had a check engine light come on my 2017 ram 3500, codes were a def reduction and diesel particulate regeneration filter. I was worried that it would cost me $$$ since I’ve heard some bad horror stori codes were a def reduction and diesel particulate regeneration filter.
