We needed service on our suspense system, we had replaced the unit but did not have equipment to fill the nitrogen. Sage was able to get us in right away, my husband explained his hesitation to have work don the unit but did not have equipment to fill the nitrogen. We had a smooth ride home, we were very happy with the service. However when we went to the store later that night, my husband got out of truck, as I drove slow to park, he heard a noise near the rear of the truck. On Sunday morning he went out to take off the tire to see if anything was hanging down. However he found all 5 lug nuts were not tightened, 3 of them were hardly on. That was the ‘noise’ he heard. He called Sage on Monday morning. This was very concerning as we could have been in a bad accident if he did not hear the noise and checked it. Our tire could have fallen off on the Freeway and killed someone behind us. We do not want the mechanic fired but retraining them might be needed, with a thorough checklist signed off by the mechanic because obviously they were distracted and missed a critical step when they signed off on our truck.
