No with a qualifier. I was told it would take an hour for the oil change. It ended up being almost 2 hours. Requested replacement of rear left turn signal light. I had the part already. Found out after picking vehicle up that it is still not working. Was charged for the install. If there was a different problem, i would have liked the opportunity to address the repair solution. George was nice and courteous from an interaction standpoint. He called to inform me of the need and cost if a power steering flush, which I approved no problem. He recognized an issue with the steering as he moved the car when I dropped it off. The same steering issue persists, so it may have not been related to a power steering flushed. It probably still needed the flush so no problem, i just will need to continue service to identify the actual steering problem. Yet, In this service transaction, the minor bulb replacement issue the most interesting. More
