One aspect I particularly appreciate is their commitment to keeping me informed about the progress of any repairs (unlike my Tesla's service appointment). It's a level of communication that truly sets them apart. My Grand Cherokee Overland has clocked over 100k miles, and thanks to their meticulous care, it still purrs like the first day I got it!
