James was fantastic with his updates and communication, but unfortunately that is where the satisfaction stopped - After initially diagnosing the coolant leak was from a broken radiator, which was then rep but unfortunately that is where the satisfaction stopped - After initially diagnosing the coolant leak was from a broken radiator, which was then replaced, @approx.$3000 To confirm all was fixed, another pressure test on the coolant system found it had another leak - Source unknown, "maybe" a coolant pipe at the rear of the motor,maybe not, but the motor would need to be removed to be sure at a cost of over $7000 !!! $7000 !!! just to fully diagnose the source of the leak?? No borescope to be able to see where it was coming from? What a joke, you have got to be kidding !! - To top it all off, 2 of the skid plate bolts snapped off while inspecting for leak, after assurances the bolts would be drilled out and replaced, leaving my Jeep for another 2 days at the shop so that could be done, I finally get it back home, only to find the snapped off bolts had not been replaced, just pushed up enough into place to last my trip home, leaving me to fix the issue. No Thank you, I could not / would not recommend getting work done at Seattle Jeep, not a happy customer. More
