With every experience I’ve had at Seattle Jeep, I feel taken advantage of. The repairs are over priced, I feel I’m sold things I do not need, the phones never work, there are no courtesy loaners, and the taken advantage of. However, I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. Upon arrival, I communicated all the issues I wanted to be addressed to the advisor. Unfortunately, only the 10k maintenance was completed, and neither the safety recalls nor the cabin fume issue were addressed. It was disappointing to learn that this appointment was not the appropriate time to address these critical concerns. What compounded my frustration was the lack of clear communication from the advisor regarding the scope of the appointment. I had expected that all the issues I raised would be taken care of during this visit. However, it became apparent that this was not the case, leading to a waste of time and the need for additional appointments to address the outstanding issues. In summary, while the completion of the 10k maintenance was satisfactory, the failure to address the safety recalls and cabin fume issue during the appointment was a significant letdown. Improved communication from the advisor regarding the limitations of the appointment would have helped manage expectations and avoid unnecessary inconvenience. Moving forward, I hope for better clarity and coordination in addressing all necessary repairs and maintenance during future service appointments. More
