Our goal is that our customers receive as much care as we would our own families, and we clearly failed to deliver that expectation to you. Our finance manager added .5% tax by accident during processing which we are sorry for, you should have received a refund for this already after working with our wonderful office staff. We’re also working with the DOL and your bank on your behalf to get this changed as quickly as possible, so please allow us time to have this completed.
