Price inaccuracy. Deceptive marketing. Management is defensive and not interested in service. Dealership relies on pricing to attract customers, but does not treat Deceptive marketing. I was told multiple times while looking at vehicles that I they were "doing me a favor". Read the fine print, or they will surely use it to take advantage of you. There are multiple asterisks on pricing of vehicles and an entire second webpage dedicated to fine print. I ended up buying from another dealership who told me they have had multiple other customers express that Seattle Jeep attempted to bait and switch or use loop holes in their advertisements to charge more at the time of sale. Be careful out there. More

James was able to get me out of a tough situation where I needed to have a trailer tow kit wiring installed to my Pacifica on the same day to be able to pickup a trailer and head back to California that same needed to have a trailer tow kit wiring installed to my Pacifica on the same day to be able to pickup a trailer and head back to California that same day.
