First of all, we had trouble getting an appointment in a timely manner. Secondly, we gave 2 specific phone numbers to call when the job was done. 2 messages were left on a phone that we do not use, ther timely manner. Secondly, we gave 2 specific phone numbers to call when the job was done. 2 messages were left on a phone that we do not use, therefore when we finally called after 5 to find out the status of our car we got a message that 2 messages had been left and we had to pick it up by 6. It was rush hour traffic so we had to wait to get our car until the next day. Third: To pay over $600 for spark plug replacement is highway robbery!! More
I made an appointment for 1:00pm and was waiting for my car to have the oil changed. After 1 hour and 10 minutes was told that it would be another 10 to 15 minutes. After 2-1/2 hours told another few minut car to have the oil changed. After 1 hour and 10 minutes was told that it would be another 10 to 15 minutes. After 2-1/2 hours told another few minutes. They were working on estimates for all the work needed. Which turned out to be three things. I said to skip the estimates. I just wanted my car and leave. Also no water, coffee or tea or snacks in the waiting area as other dealers provide for there customers. Overall, very poor customer service. I was extremely disappointed. More
