I took my van for a diagnostic test and they said it would cost 300 dollars and I left paying 550 dollars plus the tax for the diagnostic. I took my van in at 7am and they said they can do it for me at noon. And I wasn’t able to have a spot until 4:30 after they told me noon. The guy who attended me had a bad attitude the whole time. They also didn’t want to return my van because the person who attended me 0in the morning didn’t pass the paper work to the closing staff and they couldn’t return my van because they couldn’t confirm it was all put back together. Their response was that the person who attended me had already left but I saw her in the back and when I pointed her out they ended up sorting it out and saying the diagnostic was gonna take 30min (now being 5pm) I didn’t leave the dealer until 6:30pm. I also paid for a oil change here that cost $713.86 More

The over all assessment after a simple oil change was a bit weird. There was an estimate to repair an aftermarket part for over $300 dollars. The part itself is a $40 part. Usually my experience with this location is great. Which is why i was so happy to be able to me back. this last experience wasn’t a good one for me. Im just assuming the rep was having a bad day and hope things get better for him. More
