Eliza was incredibly helpful in getting my car taken care of. She informed me of a transmission leak and assured me she’d have it worked on asap. Unfortunately I have had to return to the dealership multiple times to resolve any issue that I have had with my truck. Whether key fob replacement, tires, heater core or lights every time it took at l multiple times to resolve any issue that I have had with my truck. Whether key fob replacement, tires, heater core or lights every time it took at least 3 visits before the work was performed to my satisfaction. Not inspiring much confidence in their service department. More
