A bit sloppy and unorganized, but with integrity. The car they were selling had a door handle falling off, no included EV charger, and cosmetic paint issues caused by the previous owner. I still took the car, but after purchasing it, they kept me in the lobby until after closing as they couldn't deliver my car. After prodding them, it turned out that there were some error codes that they wanted Chevrolet to look at before giving me the vehicle. They could have legally just given it to me and made it my problem since I had purchased the car. They gave me a new Hyundai Sonata to drive for a week while they looked into the issue. The issue was resolved and I picked up the car. They wrote me a check to pay for a new charger from Amazon. However, during this whole process I couldn't get anyone to give me straight answers. I was bumped around from person to person ending up in voicemail boxes. One person apologized for being bounced around, but that was it. The not knowing was very uncomfortable. In the end, they fixed the issue and paid me for the charger. More
James has always taken care of my cars for me through out my life as a Chrysler owner. He is always up front and personable.
