Avoid, avoid, avoid. They neglected to do an required update that voided my warrantee. When the engine literally exploded because of update related issue they refused to take responsibility for it despite the fact that it was serviced by them twice the same year the recall was issued. I was shocked and disappointed by their unwillingness to take responsibility for their oversight. They didn't dispute that they had seen the car or that they neglected to do the update. They just weren't willing to take responsibility for replacing the engine, which would have been covered under warrantee had the recall been done. That car was the most important asset I had and was bought for me by my dad who passed two years. It felt personal and was very painful when they stonewalling me at every step and then after I was finally able to establish that they were at fault, they literally said they could do it, probably should do it, but weren't going to fix my car or do anything to make me whole. Joseph in service took the time to walk me through a minor issue I was having with my Tuscon. He was patient and polite, solved my problem over the phone, and also took the time to explain what I was de minor issue I was having with my Tuscon. ( Getting the darn cover off the door handle so I could access my manual lock and unlock my car). While trying to update my Hyundai maps, something went wrong and my screen was stuck in a constant loop. I was worried that it was going to need to be replaced but both Trevine and Keith helped to solve the issue! They were honest the whole time and only charged me for a half hour of labor out of kindness for all me efforts to fix it myself. I was really impressed by their customer service and ability to fix my screen! More
They are nice and professional- no complaints on the service. They have plenty of openings so you can get seen quickly. My only complaint, and it might be my misunderstanding, is that I was charged for an oil change my car needed when the hyundai dealership I got my car from said they wouldn't have charged me and it should have been free since I bought a brand new vehicle under all the warranties. I might be misunderstanding the complimentary service warranty and they are in the right but it feels wrong when all other new hyundai owners I know haven't paid for an oil change and my dealership of purchase said it should have been free. At first the reason was because they could not find my name and vehicle's warranty. Then when I called a week later it was because my car hadn't been driven 8,000 miles yet. I don't know how you could ask me to wait 4,000 more miles for an oil change when my vehicle says it needed it now. Also, it does take a million years to reach their service department. The shortest wait time for a phone call was around 16 minutes and the longest was 25 minutes. More
