The service was great and they were able to accommodate me and my needs - 5 star for that. It was impossible to get through on the phone. Tried 6 times and left a voicemail. I finally had to drive to the c me and my needs - 5 star for that. It was impossible to get through on the phone. Tried 6 times and left a voicemail. I finally had to drive to the center to make/revise my appointment. The frustration of not being able to get through to talk to someone live is such that I wouldn't recommend it. More

The dealer was unorganized and not transparent in the cost of the car. They incorrectly calculated the cost of the taxes and insisted the Hyundai Rebate needed to be taxed. Love the car.
