This place is so chaotic it is actually kind of hilarious. I could write a 5 page essay on my experience but will only enlighten you with a few highlights. 1. Agreed on a deal. They took the car back to 'clean it up' before we drove away. 2. Handed the keys to leave and noticed a very large windshield crack that was previously hidden by dealership stickers. They agreed to replace it (factory grade branded windshield) and asked that I do that and let them know the cost and I would be reimbursed. This would be easiest since I live 90 minutes away. 3. Went back out to leave and saw a large dent in the passenger door. My fault that I didn't see it before. Went back in, they agreed to pull the dent out and I was to bring the car back the next Saturday. Only after I told them I was going to cancel the deal unless this was fixed, the female manager angerly agreed so they wouldn't lose the deal. 4. Drove the car home, got the windshield estimate, around $1400, emailed to tell them, they said no and they would replace it when I brought the car back to fix the dent. 5. Brought the car back on a Saturday at 9am. Salesperson wasn't there, no one knew anything about why I was there. Waited about 45 minutes for one of the managers to arrive. While waiting I heard a guy say he was there to fix a windshield so I walked over to him to verify it was a factory windshield and it would calibrated. He said no to both. Calibrating a windshield is critical in the function of the sensors to ensure accuracy of the driver assistance systems. I told him no, don't take my car and this wasn't going to work. 6. The manager arrived and was very frustrated that the salesperson scheduled this work to be performed on a weekend. The salesperson said he would be there that day, he was not. 7. I ended up leaving my car and was told to come back Monday (two days later). 8. Monday came and went. 9. Thursday my car was ready for pickup. I drove down to get it to find the windshield was replaced with a non-factory windshield and the dent was, for the most part, repaired to the best of their ability. The sensor on the windshield was broken, I took the car anyways as my patience was done. I ended up replacing the windshield myself for $1400. The communication from this dealership was a cross between an episode of Jerry Springer and Candid Camera. So many things were sideways and my best phrase to describe my experience is The Blind Leading The Blind. Never again. More
