Looking at your dropdown of Sales Department, his name is not listed. This is sad, because it shows your company does not take the time to update your site. However, Kacy did an amazing job listening and understanding what I wanted. We compared a Santa Cruz XRT to the Santa Cruz Night. After determining that I did not need all the bells and whistles, I settled on the Santa Cruz Night. I referred Kacy to my friends and family members. In all my future purchases, i will seek Kacy for his honest, non-aggressive sales style. More

Considering the recalls and scheduling appointment delays i think the service dept should be open on weekends..waiting 2 to 3 months is insane when your car is not running. I recently had the pleasure of working with Brian from the service center at Hyundai Seattle, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of s I recently had the pleasure of working with Brian from the service center at Hyundai Seattle, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service he provided. Brian went above and beyond in every aspect, demonstrating outstanding communication skills that were not only clear but also timely. What truly stood out was Brian's proactive approach in keeping me informed throughout the entire process. He efficiently fielded all my questions and provided me with all the necessary details, making it easy for me to manage car hire and plan around expected completion dates. Brian's commitment to excellent customer service is commendable, and his efforts made what could be an otherwise stressful period a seamless and stress-free experience. I have owned 3 Hyundai's and never had a problem until my engine failed with this one. I was contemplating moving over to Nissan in 2024 but I think given my exceptional experience with the service team, and in particular with Brian, I will probably get another Hyundai. I highly recommend Hyundai Seattle, especially for the exceptional service delivered by Brian. His dedication and professionalism truly set a standard for outstanding customer service.
