Considering the recalls and scheduling appointment delays i think the service dept should be open on weekends..waiting 2 to 3 months is insane when your car is not running. He efficiently fielded all my questions and provided me with all the necessary details, making it easy for me to manage car hire and plan around expected completion dates. Brian's commitment to excellent customer service is commendable, and his efforts made what could be an otherwise stressful period a seamless and stress-free experience. I have owned 3 Hyundai's and never had a problem until my engine failed with this one. I was contemplating moving over to Nissan in 2024 but I think given my exceptional experience with the service team, and in particular with Brian, I will probably get another Hyundai.
