The personal service was not there, still do not have Bluelink hooked up, we asked prior to coming there for all fees in writing, which we received from Ashley, but we wanted to pay in full and were told Bluelink hooked up, we asked prior to coming there for all fees in writing, which we received from Ashley, but we wanted to pay in full and were told the $2000 rebate was for financing only and we would of known that if we had read the website....we would get like 5 minutes of service and everyone would disappear for 15 minutes....they finagled financing to get the rebate, which is not how we wanted to do business.
