Buying your first car should be an experience not to forget for any person, but I can honestly say this was the worst buying experience of any commodity I have ever had, let alone a car. I first decided on a particular car with a VIN number, and after initial documentation, I realized that the car I was paying for was not the same I had selected, and instead of being apologetic and correcting it, I was being told by Charles this is a better car and all, rather than owing up and correcting their mistake. When I went to the finance department, I saw Cedric was very welcoming I first, but when I decided not buy any add ons, the attendant was just plain rude and was like just sign and be out of here. Then when getting my car, I realized they had messed up the VIN number again and when the manager Rachel was involved, she also wasn't apologetic at all, and said I made an assumption that since the car I selected had 200 miles, I wouldn't want it and selected a car on their own which had very different accessories than the first one. The attitude was like what's the problem, they were changing up $500 worth of accessories and pretending how was that a problem. After that, I was told I would be informed when I get my number plate, but I had to call myself to be told its been here for a while, and I thought in the same run, I would also get the accessories corrected in which everybody was behaving like they were doing a favor to me to get it corrected. I can frankly say, I have had a way better experience buying a $5 commodity at Target than buying $40000 car here. All in all, please don't buy a car from here, the entire staff I interacted here is with not knowledgable, negligent and downright plain rude and don't care about customer at all. More

That was a great first sign, when a competing dealer is complementary of a competitor. When we arrived everyone was smiling, happy to see us, and it was all very light touch, we drove the car, had our questions answered. We had a very relaxed test drive. They had an amazing selection of models, and the the color and trim combination we most wanted was right on the lot. Once we decided to purchase we were impressed by the professionalism, expertise, and efficiency of everyone here. Everything was super smooth, and while we had a slightly difficult situation, they were familiar with our challenge and worked right through it with us. From beginning to end everyone was pleasant and efficient, Kacy didn’t cut any corners, and stayed with us until the very end showing us the features of the vehicle, saving us a ton of time and effort. Ryan made the financing easy and we liked that it was very light on paper (we did almost everything through e-paper) so we didn’t leave with a staff of junk paper.
