I felt this was the ONLY Hyundai dealership in the greater Seattle area that was respectful to their customers. I have wanted to buy a 2024 hybrid Santa Fe for over a month, but I had bad experiences greater Seattle area that was respectful to their customers. I have wanted to buy a 2024 hybrid Santa Fe for over a month, but I had bad experiences with two other dealerships north of Seattle. The other dealerships were squirrely about quoting me a price. Fine, I get that the car is popular (it really is a GREAT car!), but they quoted me higher prices than were on their websites and were not at all motivated to make my experience positive. I was so uncomfortable at the other dealerships that I was ready to forego buying the vehicle. In contrast, this Seattle dealership on Aurora was straightforward and my salesperson (Victor Soto) was nice and businesslike. I love my new car! And the warranty is awesome. More
