I was looking for a new car and found this dealership in Seattle area. Living in Tri-Cities, I came to Seattle a week before I bought my car for Madonna's concert and I decided to stopped by before coming back. Victor was the Agent who helped me out from the beginning. He is very professional and he showed me around a little bit before I made my decision. He was always on top of everything (documents needed, personal info, insurance, preferences, options, etc). He was very helpful and I appreciated all he did for me. You rock, Victor! Also, a big thank you to all the staff members I was working with along the process (Management, accounting, receptionist). When in for a LOF, Marco (at desk) did not give me the routine inspection printout or discuss the results. He also did not follow up on whether my tires were low even though I said the low tire light was routine inspection printout or discuss the results. He also did not follow up on whether my tires were low even though I said the low tire light was on. I asked Marco to print the inspection report, and the tech wrote on the reportthat my brake pads were at 4mm. When I questioned it because I had just had my brake pads replaced less than a year ago at another dealership, Marco had a tech remeasure and said the pads were at 9mm. Hmmmm. More

My experience with this dealership has probably been the worst ever. I have purchased many cars from dealerships and by far this was the worst experience.
