I had been wanting to get an EV AWD SUV and had found the Ioniq 5 Limited in Lucid Blue w white leather interior at Seattle Hyundai. I didn’t call or make an appointment - just showed up on Easter Sunday. Mustaf greeted me with a warm smile at the door and showed me several cars on the lot, and set me up for a test drive. The Lucid Blue w white leather was at an offsite location so we drove there together to pick it up and bring it back to the dealership. There was never any high pressure salesmanship - I felt like I had just made a friend. Mustaf showed me all the cool features of the vehicle and answered all of my questions. The process to buy the vehicle was super simple and all of the staff were extremely friendly and low key. Filling out the paperwork with Bari was a breeze. The technology has come a long way - almost all digital! Bari described all of my finance and warranty options thoroughly and made it simple to understand. Despite it being very busy and the last day of the month, I was treated as if I were the only customer there. The time flew by. Once all docs were signed and car detailed Levi spent time to ensure the apps I needed were downloaded and initiated correctly (BlueLink, Electrify America) and sat with me in the car and methodically walked through all the features. He even gave me his own cable so I could use Apple Play on my way home. I highly recommend Seattle Hyundai and I am absolutely thrilled with my new Ioniq 5 Limited EV AWD SUV. More

Seattle Hyundai was provided TERRIFIC service when I picked up my new Ioniq 5. They scheduled the pickup at my convenience, had my car ready and right up front, gave me all the time I needed to do an in picked up my new Ioniq 5. There were a couple of small things with the car to be dealt with, and I am very satisfied with how they were handled. They explained the extra coverage options thoroughly and in a non-pressured way, helping me to make the decision that was right for me. During the oil change, I was told the car turned on. I wonder if it was a mechanic mistake as I did not start it remotely.
