After much back and forth over email regarding some 2024 Santa Fes that were heavily discounted, I asked the internet salesperson to provide me with final numbers before I came down to the dealership to clo Santa Fes that were heavily discounted, I asked the internet salesperson to provide me with final numbers before I came down to the dealership to close the deal. At the 11th hour, the numbers came back many thousands above the advertised price. I pressed the salesperson on this. "That deal is no longer on the internet," was the written response. Being that I am an attorney, I prepared and emailed a lawsuit. Low and behold the salesperson was "mistaken." A week later they gave me the advertised priced. In fact, all of those advertised deals were back on the internet. This shady bait and switch is why people hate dealers and why the Consumer Protection Act is in place. I did not give them a one star, because after they were caught, they were pleasant and nice to deal with -- except for the annoyed finance guy. Kacy Thomas was wonderful helping me choose the exact vehicle that I wanted. Rachel Walen was very pleasant and agreeable and did not try to spend a bunch of time convincing me they were in the right or it was an innocent mistake. Although, if I were a betting man, she is in on the con, and just accepts that once in a while you get caught. The finance /closing officer who gets a commission selling all the useless plans was visibly annoyed by my refusal to buy the fluff and by the fact I checked all his numbers. I don't know if he was annoyed because I caught the bait and switch or because they weren't making much money on the deal or because he wasn't making any extra commissions. Never let them see you sweat. This guy would be a horrible poker player. Overall, it validated my 56 years of experience -- every dealer would cheat his mother for an extra $1,000. More

Took our car twice after smelling a chemical smell and they could not fix it. They even said coolant level was correct but it was below the minimum and I had to point this out to the mechanic. For the 3rd attempt to fix this problem I drove over an hour north to Skagit Hyundai who immediately fixed the problem. Highly recommend going to a dealer that actually fixes your car instead of this one which says they can fix things and do things, but can't and don't. David responds on review sites asking to email or call him but never responds. More
