Zero stars. We had a positive experience purchasing a car here in 2023 so returned. What a mistake! Our experience purchasing a car was abysmal. He could not offer even a basic comparison of an IONIQ 5 vs Kona other than "the IONIQ 5 is better." He lied about features available on the 2026 IONIQ 5. We were told they didn't have any 2025 models left, only to find out after purchase that they had several. Financing and cleaning the car was expected to take "only 3 hours" so we opted to return the next day and the car was still not ready! Additionally, they try to scam you with things like $799 for a waypoint GPS tracker. Despite discussing that we use a Wallbox home charger, they have their dealer vehicle settings configured to not permit Wallbox charging. The service department doesn’t pick up the phone so it’s yet another hurdle we need to overcome. After our experience we reached out the General Manager, David Granger, to provide feedback, but he could not be bothered get back to us. Stay away from Seattle Hyundai!! They lack integrity, professionalism, and staff training. More
