The only issue we encountered was with the title registration paperwork. We were told a FedEx envelope would be sent, but despite multiple follow-ups, we never received it. That part of the process could have been handled better. Overall, we’re happy with our purchase and the service we received, and would still recommend Hyundai of Seattle—with a note to double-check follow-through on post-sale paperwork. More

The sales person seemed bothered that I was interested in other car colors becides black. When I asked what colors were available they had no idea. I had to walk the lot to locate other car colors. Overall a terible car leasing experence. I will not be leasing from these guys again. More

But after going through all the paperwork, there’s zero mention of this waiver anywhere. If that wasn’t accurate, then we were clearly misled. Worse, we’ve tried multiple times over the past two weeks to get in touch — emails go unanswered, voicemails get ignored, and when I finally called again and asked to be directed to the finance manager, they hung up on me. It’s a terrible look for a dealership to be this aggressive during the sale and then vanish when you have a concern — especially when it involves potential misrepresentation during the finance process.
