They wasted my time with deceptive promises and showed a complete lack of integrity in how they handle customers. I've never encountered such a dishonest group of people in a business setting. I now have The Hyundai National Customer Care Fraud Department investigating, as the Seattle Hyundai Dealership has refused to contact me, and does not return phone calls or emails. They have chosen to ignore the situation hoping I just go away. I presume they have cheated past customers, and will cheat and lie to future customers. They could have addressed their lies and fraud, and corrected their errors. They choose not to. My path now involves King County Court, where a Judge can hold them accountable for their actions and behaviors. It would have been simple for them to admit their mistakes and fix them. Instead they choose to ignore the situation, and do nothing........ Visit this Dealership at your own peril. More
