My 2012 Buick LaCrosse had to go in for a recall on a toe link in February 2022. My car was in good condition when ​it in for the recall. Due to COVID I was working from home. When I went back to the office in March 2022, I noticed there was something very wrong with my car. I would roll over a small difference in the pavement and I thought my car was going to fall off the frame. I called to schedule an appointment making it clear I felt it was tied to the work they did or didn't perform on my suspension. Once in the shop (April 2022) for a second time. I was required to sign to agree to pay a $170 diagnostic fee. I again reiterated I felt the issue was due to their work. Frank (who was very nice) let me know they would take a look and if it was due to their negligence it would be covered. Turns out, I was right. They never performed an alignment after replacing the toe link. They did cover the cost 100%. But it was stressful. I could have gotten in a serious accident due to their oversight. More
