The Service Dept, especially Dave, went above and beyond in servicing my Encore GX. Due to a punctured tire, Dave squeezed me in, fixed the tire and even did the service that wasn’t scheduled until the foll in servicing my Encore GX. Due to a punctured tire, Dave squeezed me in, fixed the tire and even did the service that wasn’t scheduled until the following week. This saved me a return trip. Excellent customer service! More
