The Service Department has a great group a people that got me in and out. Not everyday you get to walk into a dealership that you didn't purchase from but they still treat you like one of their own. Many Mahalo's and Aloha! More
They were very friendly and helpful. They did exactly what I asked them to do. They even vacuumed my carpets which was a very nice surprise. The are also very reasonably priced. Scranton Motors Service. Top notch as always. They tell what you NEED. They don't oversell you parts and services Nothing more, nothing less in order to keep your vehicle run Top notch as always. They tell what you NEED. They don't oversell you parts and services Nothing more, nothing less in order to keep your vehicle running in top shape. Dealing with Frank and Beverly in the Service Dept is always a pleasure. Scranton Motors I would hope considers them both as huge assets of their business. They're a big reason why I have been a repeat Customer since 2011. More
My XTS was at the dealership, in service bay, for seven working days to figure transmission issues, 7/5 - 7/13. And no loaner available! Really?? It wasn’t until I spoke to Jose in person, who was great working days to figure transmission issues, 7/5 - 7/13. And no loaner available! Really?? It wasn’t until I spoke to Jose in person, who was great speaking with, that they said they knew what the problem was and able to correct the issue. The issue? An electric node that needed replacing. Upon this revelation Jose was able to correct. My recommendation is to let the customer talk, or meet with service bay technician before throwing in the towel and telling customer they couldn’t find anything. Once done keep the customer informed. Also, customers should not have to chase down people to receive updates. More
