You are 100% right. You should have been kept in the loop and definitely should not have had to chase anyone down for an update on your vehicle. While I can't say exactly WHY the breakdown in communcation happened, we clearly dropped the ball here so please accept our apology. We are, however, happy to hear that in the end, the issue was corrected. Thank you for taking the time to leave such honest & constructive feedback, especially your thoughts on how we can do better in the future. We are always grateful when we get the opportunity to see a situation from the customer's point of view. So grateful in fact, that we have already put this on the agenda for our next staff meeting :) So thanks again and have a great weekend!
