My experience with Scranton began with a 1994Pontiac Grand Prix in 1994. GM killed the brand. I've been with Buick since @ Scranton (4) cars. The operation of the service department is what keeps me @ S Grand Prix in 1994. GM killed the brand. I've been with Buick since @ Scranton (4) cars. The operation of the service department is what keeps me @ Scranton. Rumor has it Buick is going to come to an end @Scranton. I just brought my truck in for its 65K service. All of the stuff should have been done before I bought it in June, and only put on approximately 5K miles. I got 2022 1500 pickup truck in October of 2023 for 48k. Truck needs some part and promised to take care in a week. It’s been over 30 days. Engine service light is on with numbers of other issues. Service guy have no idea when part will come and sales manager James Carlin should fallow up and keep me posted. He don’t call or return my calls. It’s been over a month and over 10 days since I been told that James gonna call me back. Very poor service. I’ll never go back or recommend anyone. More
