Arrived at appointed time. Processed in quickly for first oil change and tire rotation. Waiting room spacious and clean. Service rep was courteous and efficient. They installed cheap non oem part and charged me gm part pricing marked up 260% Advisor was dishonest numerous times and jacked up the bill another $150 even after he told me the total.
